1. I understand that I will be expected to travel to Capture the Moment Photography (in Pawtucket, RI) for my photo session on one of the available dates.
2. I understand that the photo session will require a $50 donation to save my date and time and will go to support the Dream BIG Calendar.
3. I understand that the selection of participants and images in the calendar is at the sole discretion of Capture the Moment Photography.

Applications for children to model in the first annual Dream BIG Calendar are now closed. Check back in the spring of 2013 to apply to model for the 2014 Dream BIG Calendar!
All donations from the 2013 calendar will be donated to the
Hasbro Children’s Hospital in Providence.
The first annual Dream BIG Calendar theme is “Imagine” and will contain 12 months of beautiful, magical, inspiring children photographed by Capture the Moment Photography. Little girls will be transformed into magical fairies and boys into mystical elves. The images portray the hope, magic and imagination of the children we live with every day...
and that just might include your own children.
What it means to be a Model:
When you fill out your model application, you will be contacted by Capture the Moment to schedule your modeling appointment. A $50 donation will be required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. You will receive a $50 Print Credit to use towards your model session order if you'd like to have a keepsake of this special session. Your Model session will last 20-30 minutes and we will view the images and choose which one will be voted on at that time, so please allow approximately 1 hour for your appointment. All chosen images will go up for public voting on August 15 so be sure to tell your friends and family to go here and vote for your little model! The top 12 images with the most votes will be featured in the 2013 Dream BIG Calendar. Those 12 children will also receive an awesome Swag Back FILLED with goodies from our sponsors. This is a BIG deal!
